I first worked as a Library Assistant at Bournemouth University, then after having a break to have my children, became a Library Assistant at University Hospitals Dorset. I then secured funding to do my PG Dip in Information and Library Studies at Robert Gordon University. After qualifying I became an Outreach Librarian. I look after stock management, have fun gathering and sorting our statistics, carry out literature searches, run journal clubs and teach study skills and health literacy to a range of staff. Like Liz I also set up and run initiatives like the Living Libraries and our Randomised Coffee Trials.
