Please note that you can attend any session you wish during the conference, however for the workshops run by Adam Harangozó you will need to sign up for this at the registration desk when you arrive as places are limited.

We strongly recommend taking public transport as this is more environmentally friendly and likely to be quicker too.

In-person registration fee includes: Full food and drink for each day of the conference (including any dietary requirements) as well as access to the HLG 2024 Garden Party.

Online registration fee includes: Full access to the conference online stream, may not include all breakout sessions but will include all keynote, plenary and other sessions taking place in the main room.

Both rates also include: Access to the full day of talks and on-demand access for 6 months and personalised CPD certificate. 

At the checkout stage you can choose to pay by credit/debit card or by invoice.

If you are selecting to pay by invoice you have the optional choice to add a purchase order. Invoices and receipts are automatically emailed to you once you have completed your registration.

A discount of 20% is available on all in-person groups of 4 or more. If you are booking for a group you can simply add multiple tickets to your basket, add the name of each attendee and the discount will be automatically applied

There is no need to bring anything with you, simply head to the registration desk when you arrive and give your name. We will have a badge ready for you along with any other information you need.

You will receive an email with your link to join 72 hours before it begins with a reminder sent 24 hours beforehand too.

Please only contact us if you haven't received anything less than 24 hours beforehand it begins.

Unfortunately these extra activities are only available to in-person attendees. If you wish to upgrade your attendance to be able to attend these then please get in touch.

As a reminder of the timings:

- Wednesday 19th June, drinks reception 18:00 - 20:00

- Thursday 20th June, registration opens at 09:00, conference ends at 17:20. The garden party and dinner starts immediately after and ends at 20:00

- Friday 21st June, there is an optional fun run/walk and reading from 07:30, the first talk starts at 09:00 and ends at 16:30.
